With the private areas at the back and the public areas and the infinity pool by the sea, the main structure of the project was inspired by the movement of waves. A staggered effect was created so all guests could enjoy the panoramic views. The project is the perfect combination between an architectural style based on the tradition of the place and a rustic style that is fashionable in many international holiday spots.
POOL HOUSE
Located in Mallorca within the municipality of Portals, the complex has a main interior with rooms and multi-functional spaces for events and is complete with facilities module and kitchens. There are 4 clearly defined areas on the outside, the main terrace with the pool and outdoor bar, the outdoor F&B area, the terrace area, and the lower beach area.
UM
La Reserva was the first artificial lagoon in Spain surrounded by elegant hammocks and chambaos, made with tropical and native woods offering Mediterranean style luxury. The sand is made from rock powder of more than 2,800m2 of extension evoking sensations of the Caribbean. Meticulously designed to ensure an experience to captivate even the most exclusive clientele, it creates a complete synergy between luxury and organic.
